The VJMC Calendar page lists events in the USA and Canada of interest to vintage Japanese motorcycle enthusiasts like yourself. The VJMC calendar is now split up into TWO sections: Events where the VJMC is participating, and, general events related to vintage motorcycling. If you know of an event involving old Japanese motorcycles, send us a request with the details including date, time, location description, contact person, etc. and we will usually post it within 72 hours. Events suitable for posting include, but are not limited to shows, swaps, auctions, rides, etc. related to VJMs. Events that are not related to VJMs will not be posted.

If you have an event that you would like posted, please use the Calendar Post Request Form. Please have the following information available before you use the form: Your name, your email, the name of event, location, date(s), description and contact information. Optional items include web links and supporting images or fliers (only for events where the VJMC is participating). Image/flier files should be in JPG, GIF or PDF format. Only postings that use the request form will be considered.

 

Scottsdale in September

Informal gathering at "Discover Classic Cars" located at 7224 E. McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, Saturday Noon-4 p.m. We will display our bikes among many classic cars that are offered at this Dealership. Refreshments will be served. Bring you classic bike and invite your friends. The location is at Scottdale Rd. & Mcdowell Rd. on the north east corner. No charge for admission. 35th Annual El Camino Historic Motorcycle Event

September 18, 2010: Torrance, California

The largest motorcycle show and swap meet on the West Coast. Over 100 Antique & Classic motorcycles in the judged show, over 350 parts vendors, a bike corral to buy or sell, plus food & fun for the whole family. Get pre-registration form at classiccycleevents.com and show off your latest restoration. Deadline to register is September 8th!

The VJMC will have a double space booth near the judging area with polo shirts, hats and other VJMC regalia available. So stop by and say "hi" and renew your membership or join the club.

Barber Vintage Festival

October 8 -10, 2010: Leeds, Alabama

The VJMC has been invited by the famous Barber Motorcycle Museum to again provide a major display of vintage Japanese motorcycles at the 6th Annual Barber Vintage Festival. We have lots of fun events planned for the whole weekend with Friday's "Sounds of Horsepower," Saturday's Charity Pancake Breakfast, People's Choice Bike show, Saturday night cookout, and Sunday's parade laps of the track. If you haven't enjoyed this amazing festival with AHRMA racing, 400+ spot swap meet, auction, air show, world's largest motorcycle museum...you have only yourself to blame. Come and share in the fun. Mods vs. Rockers

VJMC of Southeastern Virginia Fall Gathering

October 23, 2010: Williamsburg, Virginia

Vintage Japanese motorcycle gathering by VJMC Chapter 6, Southeastern Virginia on Saturday Oct 23, 2010 from 10AM-2 PM at the Williamsburg Jamestown Airport in Williamsburg, VA (rain date Oct 30, 2010). Motorcycles can start arriving at 10AM. Bring your bike anytime between 10AM and 1PM. We have the use of the airport facility all-day. Williamsburg Jamestown Airport (JGG) 100 Marclay Road, Williamsburg, VA.

Ride, drive, or fly-in. All makes and models 20 years or older are welcome. We define Vintage as any motorcycle or scooter 20 years or older. Bikes don't have to be perfect; bring what you have! All motorcycle enthusiasts are welcome. Vintage European motorcycles welcome as well. You don't have to own or ride a vintage bike to attend. Mid-America 4-State Tour for Small-Medium Vintage Bikes

September 11, 2010: Jay, Oklahoma

The RiverCity Ramblers' Four Flags Rally will leave the Wal-Mart in JAY, OKLAHOMA, at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, 9/11/2010. Riders of all vintage street-legal motorcycles of under 500cc that are at least 25 years old (NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE) are welcome on this 180-mile, one-day tour. Vintage Motorcycle Show In The Park

This is a 7th annual show open to all British, European & Japanese motorcycles at the Churubusco Community Park. All riders welcome show, race, dirt, custom, sport, and every day riders. Door prizes food fun and a fun ride at 2:00p. People's choice awards in 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s show bike classes.You don't have to show to go on the ride.
