VJMC Bike week at Daytona International Speedway

On March 5 th and 6 th VJMC members, family and friends came together for two days of showing bikes and enjoying Vintage racing a Daytona’s International Speedway. The speedway infield was a blaze with vintage bikes of many makes and models. On the track, Vintage Bikes of almost every make and model roared and buzzed past. Two strokes, four strokes, thumpers, twins, triples, inline fours and even a few sixes mixed it all up for us vintage motor cycle enthusiasts.

Lots of folks stopped by too admire our gathering of VJ motorcycles on display. Several folks gathered up information on the club and asked loads of questions on how, when and where we managed to find such great bikes.

Of course there was the traditional cook out, with some folks bringing in food to fire up and share with others. All in all, two days of sharing ideas, making recommendations and even some good ole wrenching to fine tune some trouble some engines.

If you ever get a chance too visit Florida during bike week, do it, there is a whole lot to see and do in motorcycles, all in one place once a year.

Thanks to everyone who helped make Bike week a VJMC event.
