VJMC Local Groups

Setting up a local group is a great way to get to know other VJM enthusiasts in your area, and to spread your enthusiasm to others. It’s also a great way to become involved in your local community while enjoying your hobby. Some groups have put on rallies and done fundraisers for local and national charities. Ideas for starting a local group are as follows:

1. VJMC members in a local area normally get together at least once a month.
2. They plan rides and other activities that promote camaraderie and enthusiasm of our hobby.
3. Local groups should contact their state Field Rep for help contacting members in the local area.
4. If there is not a Field Rep in your area or your Field Rep is unresponsive. Please contact one of the following:
   • Field Rep Coordinator
   • Events Coordinator
   • Membership Chairman
